Submitted grievances are reviewed by the Grievance Redressal Committee. You can choose to remain anonymous; if you provide contact details, we'll respond within five working days.

How this works

Your submission is routed to the Grievance Redressal Committee chair. For harassment or PoSH matters, it routes to the Internal Complaints Committee.

Anonymous option

You may leave your name and contact blank. Anonymous submissions are still reviewed but cannot be replied to individually.

Response time

Acknowledgement within two working days; first written response within five. Some matters require longer investigation — we'll tell you why.

Submitted grievances are read by the Grievance Redressal Committee chair only. For composition and remit, see the committees page. For PoSH matters, please mark category as "Harassment or ragging" — your submission will be routed to the Internal Complaints Committee under the relevant statutory framework.
